The Q1500A is designed as logic arrays providing equivalent densities of up to 1500 and 1700 gates respectively. The series is optimized to provide a system approach to high performance semicustom applications. These logic arrays are available for applications requiring MIL-STD-883C class B screening including burn-in, and will operate over the military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. High speed ECL logic and proven reliability are combined with an advanced, interactive CAD system to provide a quick and cost-effective solution to discrete I.C. replacement.
Q1500A has many features. The first one is it would be up to 120 I/O capability. The next one is it would have very high speed. The next one is it would be ECL & TTL compatible. The next one is moderate power. The next one is it would have full military availability. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of Q1500A have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be -8.0Vdc. The next one is about its input voltage which would be GND to Vee. The next one is about its output source current continuous which would be -50mA DC. The next one is about its operating temperature which would be -55°C (ambient) to +125°C (case). The next one is about its operating junction temperature which would be +150°C. The next one is about its storage temperature which would be from -65°C to +150°C.
Also there are some recommended operating conditions about Q1500A. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be min -4.7V and nom -5.2V and max -5.7V. The next one is about its input signal rise / fall time which would be nom 2.0ns and max 2.2ns. The next one is about its junction temperature which would be 150°C for military and would be 130°C for commercial.
