PX700K

The PX700K is designed as general purpose, flame retardant, potting and encapsulating resin. Having a "corosive" label, it has been developed as an alternative to the popular robnor PX314ZG resin which has now been re-classified as "toxic" (skull and crossbones) under EEC regulations. The new system therefore has the same volume mix ratio to satisfy dispensing machine users.

Some important electrical characteristics of PX700K have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its volume resistivity which would be 12.98 Log10ohm cm. The next one is about its surface resistivity which would be 13.90 Log10ohm. The next one is about its electric strength which would be 14.2 kV/mm. The next one is about its permittivity which would be 2.86 at 100Hz and 2.76 at 1kHz and 2.69 at 10kHz.

And also some characteristics of resin and hardener about PX700K. The first one is about its color of resin which would be black. The next one is about its color of hardener which would be clear. The next one is about its color of mixer system which would be black. The next one is about its density of resin which would be 1.80 gcm-3. The next one is about its density of hardener which would be 1.01 gcm-3. The next one is about its density of mixed system which would be 1.67 gcm-3. The next one is about its viscosity of resin which would be 890 poise +/-20% (T=25°C, spd 6, 5 rpm). The next one is about its viscosity of hardener which would be 4 poise +/-20% (T=25°C, spd 6, 5 rpm). The next one is about its viscosity of mixed system which would be  125 poise +/-20% reading taken after 4mins from start of mixing - (T=25°C, spd 6, 5 rpm).
