The PVD1052 is designed as one kind of single-pole, 500mA, 0-100V DC Relay (PVD) that can be used for general purpose switching of analog signals. And this device utilizes as an output switch a unique bidirectional (AC or DC) MOSFET power IC termed a BOSFET.
