PT9784

The PT9784 is SSB power transistor. PT9784  is designed primarily for wideband, large signal output and driver amplifier stages in the 2 to 30MHz frequency range.

Features of the PT9784 are:(1)designed for class A,AB, or C power amplifiers;(2)specified 13.5V,28MHz characteristics:output power-75W PEP,power gain-15dB(min.) Class AB;(3)100% tested for load mismatch at all phase angles with :1VSWR(4)gold metallization for improved reliability;(5)diffused ballast resistors.
