PT Series Suffix (PT1234x) Case/Pin Order Package Configuration Suffix Code † The PT7744 Excalibur™ power module is a 20-A integrated switching regula -tor (ISR) housed a 27-pin space-saving copper package. Operating from a +5V input bus, the PT7744 produces a tightly regulated output voltage that is pr -ogrammable over the range, 1.3V to 3.5V. The output voltage is selected via 5-bit input code, which is compatible with the VRM specifications defined by Intel®.

The PT7744 regulator incorporates output short-circuit protection, and a differential remote sense to compensate for voltage drop between the regulator
