The PSB-2186NV1.1 is a kind of ISDN subscriber access controller for terminals. It implements the four-wire S/T interface used to link voice/data terminals to an ISDN. The device switches B- and D-channels between the S/T and the ISDN Oriented Modular (IOM) interfaces. Furthermore, the device provides all electrical and logical functions of the S/T interface, such as activation/deactivation, mode dependent timing recovery and D-channel access and priority control. It is available in P-LCC-44 (SMD) package.
