The PS11012 is designed as one kind of flat-base type or insulated type. The integrated functions and features of the PS11014 are:(1)converter bridge for 3 phase AC-to-DC power conversion;(2)circuit for dynamic braking of motor regenerative energy;(3)3-phase IGBT inverter bridge configured by the latest 3rd. generation IGBT and diode technology;(4)inverter output current capability Io;(5)input interface: 5V CMOS/TTL compatible, Schmitt trigger input, and arm-shoot-through interlock protection;(6)for system feedback control: analogue signal feedback reproducing actual inverter output phase currents. And this device can be used in acoustic noise-less 0.75kW/AC200V class 3 phase inverter and other motor control applications.
