PR2641K

The PR2641K is designed as stanley super bright LED lamp. Stepped contruction permits easy installation. Suited especially for small displays. These can find wide applications when used in line besides the use for display as single element.

PR2641K's series has seven features. The first one is available in 4 colors: red, green, yellow and orange. The next one is 2 X 2mm flat top, stepped square package. The next one is it would be diffused type. The next one is it would be ideal for displays. The next one is low current drive, directly compatible with Ic. The next one is quick response, allowing pulsed operation. The next one is it would have high reliability. That are all the main features.

Some PR2641K absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its forward current which would be 30mA. The next one is about its peak forward current which would be 100mA. The next one is about its reverse voltage which would be 4V. The next one is about its power dissipation which would be 75mW. The next one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -30 to +85°C. The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -30°C to +100°C. The next one is about its lead soldering temperature which would be 260°C for 5 seconds (3.0mm from body).

Also there are some electro-optical characteristics about PR2641K. The first one is about its chip material which would be GaP and its emitted color would be red.
