PMEG4020ER

The PMEG4020ER is designed as one kind of 2 A low VF dual MEGA Schottky barrier rectifier device that is encapsulated in a SOT1061 leadless small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package with medium power capability. And this device can be used in wide range of applications such as:(1)Low voltage rectification; (2)High efficiency DC-to-DC conversion; (3)Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS); (4)Reverse polarity protection; (5)Low power consumption; (6)Battery chargers for mobile equipment.
