The PMEG3015EH is designed as one kind of 30 V, 1.5 A ultra low VF MEGA Schottky barrier rectifier device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Low voltage rectification; (2)Reverse polarity protection; (3)High efficiency DC-to-DC conversion; (4)High-speed switching; (5)Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS); (6)Low power consumption applications. Also this device has an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a SOD128 small and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
