Powerex intellimod-3 modules are designed for applications requiring a high frequency (20 kHz)output switching inverter. The PM30RHC060 is isolated from the baseplate, consisting of complete drive, control and protection circuitry for the IGBT inverter.PM30RHC060 has three unique features: the first one is complete output power circuit. The  second one is gate drive circuit. The third one is protection logic.Besides, PM30RHC060 also has four applications: the first one is inverters. The second one is small UPS. The third one is mition/servo control. The forth one is AC motor control.
