PM2503

The PM2202 is designed as one kind of GaAs negative resistance (-R) RF IC device that requires only a 3.0 to 5.0 volt bias and a 40 mA supply current. PM2202 contains a fundamental oscillator, integrated matching network, buffer amplifier and all bias networks.

Features of the PM2202 are:(1)3 to 5 Volt single supply;(2)output power 14 dBm @ 5 V;(3)low cost surface mountable;(4)buffered AC coupled output.
