These PL77X288 Schottky programmable logic devices are organized in the popular 32 words by 8-bit configuration. An enable input is provided to control the output states. When the device is enabled, the outputs represent the content of the selected word. When disabled, the 8 outputs go to the OFF or high impendance state. The memories are available in the TRI-STATE version only.PROMs are shipped from the factory with lows in all locations. A high may be programmed into any selected location by following the programming instruction.It has many unique features: The first one is advanced titanium-tungsten(Ti-W)fuses. The second one is Schotty-clamped for high speed. The third one is PNP inputs for reduced input loading. The forth one is all DC and AC parameters guaranteed over temperature. The fifth one is low voltage TRI-SAFE programming.The last one is larger than 2000 V input protection for electronic discharge.
