The PI5C3253Q is designed as a dual 4:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer with three-state outputs that is pinout compatible with the PI74FCT253T, 74F253 and 74ALS/AS/LS253. Inputs can be connected to outputs with low on resistance 5ohms with no additional ground bounce noise or propagation delay.
PI5C3253Q has six features. (1)Near-zero propagation delay. (2)5ohms switches connect inputs to outputs. (3)Direct bus connection when switches are ON. (4)Ultra low quiescent power (0.2uA typical) ideally suited for notebook applications. (5)Pin compatible with 74 series 253 logic devices. (6)Packaging (Pb-free & green available) 16-pin 150mil wide plastic QSOP. Those are all the main features.
