PI3B34X245: 3.3V 32-Bit Bus Switch

The PI3B34X245 is designed as one kind of 3.3V 32-bit, 2-port NaNo switch and four enable signals turn the switches on. The bus switch creates no additional propagational delay or additional ground bounce noise.

Features of the PI3B34X245 are:(1)fast switching speed - 4.5 ns max.;(2)near-zero propagation delay;(3)5 Ohm switches connect inputs to outputs;(4)direct bus connection when switches are ON;(5)ultra-low quiescent power (1.0 uA typical) - ideally suited for notebook applicationsl(6)industrial operating temperature: -40 to +85 .

The absolute maximum ratings of the PI3B34X245 can be summarized as:(1)storage temperature: -65 to +150 ;(2)ambient temperature with power applied: -40 to +85 ;(3)supply voltage to ground potential: -0.5 V to +7.0 V;(4)DC input voltage: -0.5 V to +7.0 V;(5)DC output current: 120 mA;(6)power dissipation: 0.5 W.
