PI2B4300

The PI2B4300 is designed as one kind of 2.5V / 3.3V 4-bit, 3-port Matrix switch that is turned off by S0 = H and S1 = H. The A bus can be connected to B bus by S0 = L and S1 = L. The B bus can be connected to C bus by So = H and S1 = L. The C bus can be connected to A bus by S0 = L and S1 = H. Also this device can be used in bule tooth signal switching and notebooks applications.

Features of the PI2B4300 are:(1)low propagation delay;(2)low ON resistance switches connect inputs to outputs;(3)direct bus connection when switches are ON;(4)ultra-low quiescent power (0.2 uA typical);(5)packages available - 16-pin 173 mil wide TSSOP(L).
