PH106

PH106 is a photo transistor in a plastic molded package, and very suitable for a detector of a photo interrupter.

Junction temperature(Tj) is 100.Storage temperature(T_stg) is -40 to +100.Otherwise, there are some electrical charactersitics about it. Collector to emitter dark current(I_CEO) is 100 nA max when VCE is 10 V and L is 01x.Collector saturation voltage(V_CE(sat) ) is 0.3 V max when IC is 0.5 mA and L is 1000 1x. Photo current(I_L) is 60 uA min and 100 uA max when V_CE is 2.0 V and L is 1001x. Fall time(tf) is 5 us typ when V_CC is 10 V, I_L is 2 mA and R_L is 100 ohms.
