PH018

The PH018 is a phototransistor in a plastic molded package and is very suitable for a detector of a photointerrupter in combination with the SE308. Since the PH018 devices is housed in a small package with a lens, when it is used along with an infared ray LED SE308 in the same shape, a small photointerrupter can be formed.It has three unique features: The first one is small size plastic molded package.The second one is high sensitivity. Otherwise, there are also some absolute maximum ratings about it. Collector to emitter voltage(V_CEO) is 30 V. Collector current(Ic) is 40 mA. Power dissipation(Pc) is 100 mW.
