PGT2110/3R

The PGT2110/3R laser module is designed for low short and medium haul telecom applications.The PGT2110/3R laser diode is of InGaAsP/InP type, optimized for wide temperature rangeoperation without a thermoelectric coder. The receptable provides easy connection and possibility for panel mounting.It has five unique features: The first one is output power is larger than 100W in to SM-fiber. The second one is low cost. The third one is small package. The forth one is PIN monitor. The fifth one is FC/PC connector.

There are some absolute maximum ratings about PGT2110/3R. Laser forward current is 150 mA . Laser reverse voltage is 2 V. Photodiode reverse voltage is 15 V. Operating temperature is 0 to +60.Storage temperature is -40 to +80.Otherwise, there are some other charactersitics about it. Output power is 100W min when Ith is +25 mA. Threshold current is 30 nA typ and 50 nA max. Peak wavelength is 1290 nmmin, 1310 nm typ and 1330 nm max. Spectral width FWHM(CW) is 2 nm typ and 5 nm max. Rise/fall time 10%-90% Pout is 1 ns max. Forward voltage is 1.2 V typ and 1.7 V max. Monitor photocurrent at 100W is 50 A min. Monitor dark current is 100 nA max when the voltage is -5 V.
