PFR0,the axial leaded hermetically sealed fast rectifier diode, PFR0 has five unique features: the first one is low reverse recovery time. The second on is glass passivated for hermetic sealing. The third one is low switching losses. The forth one is soft,non-snap off, recovery characteristics. The fifth one is avalanche capability.

Operating temperature range(T_OP) is -65 to +175.Othewise, there are also some electrical charactersitics about it(@25unless otherwise noted).Average forward current max(pcb mounted;Ta is 55)(I_F(AV) ) is 0.85 A for sine wave and is 0.90 A for square wave(d is 0.5).Average forward current max(T_L is 55;L is 3/8")(I_F(AV) ) is 1.50 A for sine wave and is 1.60 A for square wave.
