F8 is a type of axial leaded hermetically sealed high voltage fase rectifier diode, PF8 has five unique features: The first one is low reverse recovery time. The second one is avalanche capability. The third one is glass passivated for hermetic sealing. The forth one is low switching losses. The fifth one is soft,non-snap off, recovery charactersitics.
