PE0040 series,the MOS FET power amplifier, has three unique features: The first one is high stability. The second one is low power control current which is 400 uA. The  third one is thin package which is 5 mmt.

Total efficiency is 35% min and 40% typ when Pin is 2 mW, V_DD is 12.5 V, Pout is 6 W(at APC controlled),Zin is equal to Zout which is 50 ohms. 2nd harmonic distortion(2nd H.D) is -50 dB typ and -30 dB max when Pin is 2 mW, VDD is 12.5 V, Pout is 6 W(at APC controlled),Zin is equal to Zout which is 50 ohms.Input VSWR(VSWR_(in) ) is 1.5 typ and 3 max when Pin is 2 mW, V_DD is 12.5 V, Pout is 6 W(at APC controlled),Zin is equal to Zout which is 50 ohms.Output VSWR(VSWR_(out) ) is 1.5 typ when Pin is 2 mW, V_DD is 12.5 V, Pout is 6 W(at APC controlled),Zin is equal to Zout which is 50 ohms.
