PDM31516

The PDM31516 is a high-performance CMOS static RAM organized as 32,768*16 bits. The PDM31516 features low power dissipation using chip enable and has an output enable input for fast memory access. Byte access is supported by upper and lower byte controls.The PDM31516 operates from a single 3.3 V power supply and all inputs and outputs are fully TTL-compatible. The PDM31516 is available in a 44-pin 400-mil plastic SOJ and a 44-pin plastic TSOP(II)package for high-density surface assembly and is suitbale for use in high-speed applications requiring high-speed storage.It has many unique features: The first one is high-speed access times. The second one is low power operation(typical). The third one is high-density 32K*16 architecture. The forth one is 3.3 V(0.3 V more or less)power supply. The fifth one is fully static operation.
