PD153

The PD153 is designed as one kind of TO-18 type color sensor that can be used in (1)read out of paper currency's color in money exchanger and (2)read out of color temperature and wave-length and (3)detection of object's color applications.

Features of the PD153 are:(1)high sensitivity in long wavelength (short circuit current ratio);(2)output corresponding to the wavelength of light;(3)high reliability can package;(4)capable of measuring from blue light to near infrared light. The absolute maximum ratings of the PD153 can be summarized as:(1)reverse voltage: 5.0 V;(2)operating temperature: -15 to +70 ;(3)storage temperature: -25 to +100 ;(4)soldering temperature: 250 .

The electrical characteristics of this PD153 can be summarized as:(1)reverse voltage: 5.0 V;(2)dark current: 0.05 to 5 nA;(3)dark current: 0.05 to 5 nA;(4)terminal capacitance: 100 to 600 pF;(5)short circuit current: 4.5 or 10.0 uA;(6)short circuit current ratio: 0.14 to 8.4.
