PD1165

The PD1165 the high effciency red PD1165 and very bright green PD1167 are modular 8*8 dot matrix programmable displays.They are constructed with highly effcient III/V material LEDs.

Features of the PD1165 are:(1)active display size 1.16"square; (2)0.11"diam. dots on 0.15"centers; (3)very bright green or high efficiency red ; (4)intensity from 35 feet; (5)viewing angle ±75; (6)interlocking X-Y stackable packages for larger displays; (7)on board CMOS circults with complete drive circuits and logic interfaces ; (8)each dot addressable over TTL compatible,8bit bus; (9)alternate language and graphics programming capability; (10)cascadable-synchronlzable logic for expanded display systems .

The absolute maximum ratings of the PD1165 can be summarized as:(1)VCC.DC supply voltage:-0.5 to 6.0V; (2)VIN input voltage levels relative to GND :-0.5 to (VCC+0.5)V; (3)operating temperature:-20 to 70; (4)storage temperature:-20 to 70; (5)relative humidity:90%.
