Description

The PCM1702U is a precision 20-bit digital-to-analogconverter with ultra-low distortion (96dB typ with afull scale output). Incorporated into the PCM1702U isan advanced sign magnitude architecture that elimi-nates unwanted glitches and other nonlinearities aroundbipolar zero. The PCM1702U also features a very lownoise (120dB typ SNR: A-weighted method) and fastsettling current output (200ns typ, 1.2mA step) whichis capable of 16X oversampling rates.

Applications of PCM1702U include very low distortion frequencysynthesis and high-end consumer and professionaldigital audio applications.
