PCA82C251T/N3

The PCA82C251T/N3 is one member of the PCA82C251 family which is designed as the CAN transceiver that is primarily intended for applications (up to 1 Mbaud) in trucks and buses. Also this device provides differential transmit capability to the bus and differential receive capability to the CAN controller.
