PBM3912

The PBM3912 is a CMOS intergrated circuit,designed for voice switched speaker-phone. FIltering possibilities and individual gain setting in the control channel give the designer a new powerful demension in loundspeaking telephone design especailly in mobile loudspeaking telephone systems. The circuit PBM3912 incorporates complementary digitally controlled attenuator for the necessary hakf duplex operation,microphone and receive amplifier,transmit and recieve level detectors and an advanced background noise reduction system.

PBM3912 has many unique features: the first one is input amplifiers in both channels. the second one is hain in control channels set with external components. The third one is incorporates all nencessary level detection circuitry. The forth one of PBM3912 is A/D-converter providing a linear volume control. The fifth one is 50 dB attenuation range in each channel,etc.There are also some maximum ratings about PBM3912. Supply voltage(VDD) is -0.3 V min and 6.0 V max. Storage temperature(Tstg) is -55 min and +125max. Operating ambient temperature(Tamb) is -15 min and +70 max. Voltage in any pin is Vss-0.3 V min and VDD+0.3 V max. DC_current MO and LSO(IDC) is 10 mA max.
