PAS202BCB-28

The PAS202BCB-28 is designed as one kind of single chip CMOS VGA color digital image sensors which is a highly integrated CMOS active-pixel image sensor that has a VGA resolution of 644H x 484V. To have an excellent image quality, PAS202BCB-28 outputs 10-bit RGB raw data through a parallel data bus. It is available in color or monochrome and in 28-pin LCC.

PAS202BCB-28 has fifteen features. (1)VGA(644x484 pixels) resolution, 1/4" lens. (2)Bayer-RGB color filter array. (3)On-chip 10-bit pipelined A/D converter. (4)Output format: 10-bit parallel RGB raw data. (5)On-chip 9-bit background compensation DAC. (6)On-chip programmable gain amplifier. (7)Continuous variable frame time(1/2sec to 1/30sec). (8)Continuous variable exposure time. (9)I2C interface. (10)Digitally programmable registers. (11)Single 3.3V supply voltage. (12)100mW low power dissipation. (13)350uW low power down dissipation. (14)Flash light timing. (15)Mirror output. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of PAS202BCB-28 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its DC supply voltage would be min -0.5V and max 3.8V. (2)Its DC input voltage would be min 0.5V and max Vdd+0.5V. (3)Its DC output voltage would be min -0.5V and max Vdd+0.5V. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of PAS202BCB-28 are concluded as follow. (1)Its analog and digital operating voltage would be min 3.0V and typ 3.3V and max 3.6V.
