PALC22V10D has eight features. (1)Advanced second-generation PAL architecture. (2)Low power 90mA max commercial 10ns and 130mA max commercial 7.5ns. (3)CMOS flash EPROM technology for electrical erasability and reprogrammability. (4)Variable product terms. 2x(8 through 16) product terms. (5)User-programmable macrocell. (6)Up to 22 input terms and 10 outputs. (7)DIP, LCC, and PLCC available. (8)High reliability which means proven flash EPROM technology and 100% programming and functional testing.
