PAC250TFQR

The PAC250TFQR is designed as one kind of P/Active EMI/RFI tapped filters. CAMDs P/Active tapped filters PAC250TFQR are a higher performance, upgraded versions of the original PRC201/211/221 series which provides 2kV ESD protection, minimized lead inductance and parasitic capacitive effects (with added ground pins), PAC250TFQR and improved crosstalk and filter performance characteristics at high data transmission rates. They exhibit almost ideal RC characteristics to 30GHz. PAC250TFQR is recommended for all new designes.

PAC250TFQR has five features. (1)8 filter channels in ministure QSOP package. (2)Ideal frequency response to over 3GHz. (3)Low in-band insertion loss maintains signal integrity. (4)Low distortion low cross talk. (5)ESD protected. Those are all the main features.

Some standard specifications have been concluded into several points of PAC250TFQR as follow. (1)Its absolute tolerance R would be +/-10%. (2)Its absolute tolerance C would be +/-10%. (3)Its absolute tolerance C=15pF would be +/-20%. (4)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 70°C. (5)Its power rating/resistor would be 100mW. (6)Its leakage current would be 25uA at 25°C max. (7)Its crosstalk would be typ <5%. (8)Its ESD clamp would be >6V for positive clamp and <-6V for negative clamp. (9)Its ESD protection would be >2KV. (10)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (11)Its package power rating would be max 1.00W. And so on.

CAMDs P/Active tapped filter is a highly integrated thin film resistor-capacitor network designed to suppress EMI/RFI noise at I/O ports of personal computers and peripherals, workstations, local area network (LAN), asynchronous transfer mode (ATM), and wide area network (WAN). The filter includes ESD protection circuitry which prevents device destruction when subjected to ESD discharges of greater than 2kV. And so on.
