DescriptionThe P6KE7.5 is designed as one kind of unidirectional and bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diodes.
P6KE7.5 has six features. (1)peak pulse power dissipation would be 600W. (2)Nominal breakdown voltage would be 7.5V. (3)Plastic case would be DO-15 (DO-204AC). (4)Weight approx 0.4g. (5)Plastic material has UL classification 94V-0. (6)For bidirectional types (suffix "C" or "CA"), electrical characteristics apply in both directions. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of P6KE7.5 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its peak pulse power dissipation (10/1000us waveform) would be 600W.
