The P3000TR is designed as a microprofile passive hybrid module for applications where reinforced insulation is required. It features fully vacuum encapsulated construction using materials conforming to UL94V-0 flammability requirements. The P3000TR part is compliant with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, and suitable for lead-free and conventional placement and reflow.
P3000TR has nine features. (1)Surface mount. (2)Lead-free (Pb-free). (3)RoHS compliant. (4)7mm seated height. (5)Low loss. (6)Low distortion. (7)2-4 wire conversion. (8)IEC 950 and UL 60950 certified. (9)UL recognized component. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of P3000TR have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its short term isolation voltage 1s would be 4.6kVrms and 6.5kVdc. (2)Its DC current would be 100uA. (3)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 125°C. (4)Its lead temperature 10s would be 260°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
