The P2883 is designed as a microprofile transformer for ADSL applications requiring safety isolation to international standards. The ADSL requirements for good balance and frequency response, with low levels of distortion are achieved in a miniature package with a high level of safety insulation. The part P2883 is compliant with RoHS directive 2002/95/EC, and suitable for lead-free and conventional processing.
P2883 has nine features. (1)Ultra-low profile, 7mm. (2)IEC 950 certified. (3)Supplementary insulation. (4)Lead-free (Pb-free). (5)RoHS compliant. (6)Excellent frequency characteristics. (7)Low distortion. (8)Vacuum encapsulated. (9)Use as 1:1 or 2:1 ratio. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of P2883 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its short term isolation voltage 1s would be 2.12kVrms and 3.0kVdc. (2)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 125°C. (3)Its lead temperature 10s would be 260°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
