P2782TR

The P2782TR is designed as a microprofile transformer with one centre-tapped winding for applications where high performance and safety isolation to international standards are required in an extremely small case size. Designed specifically as a surface mount device, the P2782TR features a 7mm seated height and is vacuum encapsulated and tested to 6500VDC. The part P2782TR is compliant with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, and suitable for lead-free and conventional placement and reflow.

P2782TR has eight features. (1)Surface mount. (2)Lead-free (Pb-free). (3)RoHS compliant. (4)7mm seated height. (5)Vacuum encapsulated. (6)IEC 60950 and UL 60950 certified. (7)UL recognized component. (8)Centre-tapped winding. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of P2782TR have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its short term isolation voltage 2s would be 4.6kVrms, 6.5kVdc. (2)Its DC current would be 100uA. (3)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 125°C. (4)Its soldering temperature profile peak would be 260°C 10 seconds. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device. Recommended peak body temperature 245°C in accordance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033.

Also some electrical characteristics of P2782TR are concluded as follow. (1)Its insertion loss would be max 2.0dB at f=2kHz and RL=600ohms and would be max 4.0dB at f=2kHz and RL=430ohms. (2)Its frequency response would be typ 50Hz at -3dB LF cutoff and would be typ 40kHz at -3dB HF curoff and would be max +/-0.2dB at 200Hz to 4kHz. (3)Its return loss would be min 18dB at 200Hz to 4KHz. (4)Its distortion would be typ -60dBm and max -54dBm. (5)Its balance would be min 80dB. (6)Its saturation would be max 10Vrms and max 65Vpeak.
