P1-70

The P1-70 has many features: 1.rugged LiTaO3 material; 2.610 Curle temperture; 3. 0.2%/ temperture stability; 4. Non-hygroscopic; 5.broad spectral range 0.001 to 1000 microns; 6.low noise; 7.0 to 70 operation; 8.optional windows; 9.low leakage current hybrid PET preamplifiers.

The P1-70 could be usd in following fields: 1.laser power and energy measurement; 2.non-contact temperature measurement; 3.security and surveillance system; 4.process control; 5.X-ray calorimetry; 6.gas analyzer instrumentation; 7.solar instrumentation; 8.IP spectrometry.

The P1-70 series features a 1.2.3 or 5 mm standard detector element and incorporates a specially selected low leakage current hybrid PET circut ,because it uses a 3*10-ohm load/feedback resistor, this series offers superlative narrow-hand low NWP performance. An external parallel load resister can be used to extend the uniform frequency response bandwidth to an upper-3dB frequwncy of 100kHz.

Convenient pin connections are available for using the P1-70 in either a source follower or gain configuration as first atage for either a voltage or current mode amplifier. External operation is from +9VDC with -20dB supply rejection.
