Integrating a IEEE1394a link, USB2.0 device and a SATA II host controller, the OXUF934SSA supports a range of external storage applications including bus powered FireWire400 / USB2.0 to SATA configurations. In addition the OXUF934SSA embeds and ARM processor enabling simple, rapid development of application specific firmware.In common with PLX's other 1394 devices, the OXUF934SSA delivers best-in-class performance and shares a common software base with other devices in PLXs range of USB and FireWire storage controllers. In addition PLX offers a comprehensive support package including evaluation boards, reference designs and software development kit.
