      The OVSPxBCR44 Series are an energy-efficient packaged LED source that offers high luminance,and a long operating lifespan.These devices offer a focused viewing angle and a water-clear lens making it highly suitable for conventional lighting and specialized applications.So OVSPxBCR44 Series are ideal for automotive exterior and interior lighting,architectural indoor and outdoor lighting,general lighting and electronic signs and signals.
      The OVSPxBCR44 Series have five features.The first one is about robust energy-efficient design with long operating life.The second one is low thermal resistance.The third one is exceptional spatial uniformity.The fourth one is that Optional optics are offered to suit application.The last one is that they are available in yellow,red and white.
      The OVSPxBCR44 Series have some absolute maximum ratings at TA=25.The DC forward current is 400 mA for red&yellow and 350 mA for white.The peak pulsed forward current is 500 mA for red&yellow and 1000 mA for white when pulse width tp10 s and duty cycle1/10.The Operating temperature range is from -40 to +100.The storage temperature is from -40 to +100.The reverse voltage is 12 V for red&yellow and not designed for reverse bias for white.The junction temperature is 125 when thermal resistance=20 K/W for red&yellow and 18 K/W for white.The ESD threshold (HBM) is 2000 V.
