The OVSPRGBCR4 is an energy-efficient packaged LED source that offers high luminance,and a long operating lifespan.The device offers a 130°viewing angle and an ultra-low profile (1.5 mm) making it highly suitable for conventional lighting and specialized applications.Optional optics are offered to suit application.So OVSPRGBCR4 is ideal for automotive exterior and interior lighting,architectural indoor and outdoor lighting,general lighting and LED backlighting.
The OVSPRGBCR4 has four features.The first one is that surface mount RGB is designed for high current drive.The second one is that its low thermal resistance is 20K/W.The third one is ultra low profile of 1.5 mm.The fourth one is high flux output.
The OVSPRGBCR4 has some absolute maximum ratings at TA=25.The DC forward current per chip is 250 mA.The peak pulsed forward current per chip is 500 mA when pulse width tp10 s and duty cycle1/10.The Operating temperature range is from -40 to +100.The storage temperature is from -40 to +100.The reverse voltage is not designed for reverse bias drive.The junction temperature is 125.The ESD threshold (HBM) IS 2000 V.
