OVLHBKD8

      The OVLHBKD8 is designed for better performance in outdoor environments. Its radiation pattern matches red (OVLHRKD8), green (OVLHGKD8), and orange (OVLHQKD8) devices in identical packages to create LED pixels for full-color video screens.
      The OVLHBKD8 has many characteristics such as high luminous intensity, defined spatial radiation, multiple viewing angles, UV-resistant epoxy, and precision optical performance. The OVLHBKD8 could be used in following areas: 1. variable message sugns,2. indoor or outdoor advertising signage, 3.traffic and highway signs, 4.full-color video signs. The material of OVLHBKD8 is InGaN, the emitted color is blue, intensity typ.mcd is 500, and the lens color is blue diffused.
      Here are some data of OVLHBKD8: when TA = 25 unless otherwise noted, its absolute maximum ratings : storage temperature range is from -40 to 100 ,  operating temperature range is from -40 to +95 , reverse voltage is 5 V, continuous forward current2  is 25 mA, peak forward current (10% duty cycle, 1KHz) is 100 mA,  power dissipation is 100 mW, and the lead soldering temperature (3mm from the base of the epoxy bulb) is  260. There is a note here is solder time less than 3 seconds at temperature extreme.
