Description

      The Round Red Through-hole LED Lamp (3mm) OVLBR4C7 contains three characteristics that are High Brightness with Well-defined Spatial Radiation Patterns which is a high-intensity AlInGaP LED mounted in a clear plastic T-1 package, UV-resistant Epoxy Lens that makes this device an optimal solution for outdoor applications, Red (623nm) which is the emitted color. Besides, the LED OVLBR4C7 provides a well-defined and even emission pattern.

      The applications of Round Red Through-hole LED Lamp (3mm) OVLBR4C7 are made of pedestrian signals, signage and architectural lighting, backlighting, automotive, outdoor/indoor displays. The Round Red Through-hole LED (3mm)OVLBR4C7 consists nine absolute maximum ratings. The first, storage temperature range is -40 ~ +100°C. The second, operating temperature range is -40 ~ +85°C. The third, reverse voltage is 5 V. The fourth, continuous forward current is 30 mA. The fifth, peak forward current (10% Duty Cycle, 1KHz) is 100 mA. The sixth, power dissipation is 78 mW. The seventh, current linearity vs. ambient temperature is -0.5 mA/°C. The eighth, LED junction temperature is 125°C. The ninth, lead soldering temperature (3mm from the base of the epoxy bulb)<SUP>1</SUP> is 260°C. It has one note that solder time less than 5 seconds at temperature extreme.
