OVF-1

      The OVF-1 is an efficient and economical tool which is specially designed for field personnel who need for fiber tracing, fiber routing and continuity checking in an optical network during and after installation.It looks small and likes a pen.It comes in a rugged metal housing,so that with its compact, lightweight design, OVF-1 fits easily in a vest pocket.That would be convenient.Its blink mode improves visibility for use in bright ambient light. Also the highly efficient laser diode operates at short wavelengths of 635 nm to ensure that the emitted light is clearly visible to the human eye.So the users could see clearly about fiber breaks, microbends, and poor optical splices as light glows through the fiber buffer or outer jacket.Maybe before this product users would feel not good about fault location behind optical connectors where the use of OTDRs is limited due to dead zones.But now it is possible with the OVF-1.And also it is designed that its fibre tracing is would be possible over more than 5 km for singlemode fibers.OVF-1 also has a strong a strong expansion of capacity.For example with the new universal push-pull (UPP) adapter, it will be possible for matching of all standard 2.5 mm optical connector types.The connector is held without additional mechanical fixing.So that is also very convenient.An additional external adapter converts from 2.5 mm UPP to .125 mm UPP. With help of this adapter,the OVF-1 would connect to optical connectors with 1.25 mm ferrule e.g. LC, MU or F3000.
