OTLH-0090-BU

      The OTLH-0090-BU, OTLH-0100-GN, and OTLH-0120-WT are following of  the series of high flux LED  .And the series of high flux LED OTLH-0090-BU are based illuminators with a reduced forward voltage version of blue (470nm), green (530nm), and white visible emissions  which were created to be more compatible with the forward voltages of the OTLH-0040-RD and OTLH-0030-AM red and amber devices. These LED OTLH-0090-BU's utilize InGaN die. In order to ensure high reliability through efficient heat transfer,the LED's are mounted on a BeO substrate which is attached to a TO-66 power package.  These illuminators of OTLH-0090-BU are intended for use in high luminous, hard to access applications ,for exzample,Aerospace Lighting, Emergency & Signal Lighting, Hazardous Lighting, Electronic Signs, and General Industrial Lighting and Illumination.
       The color of OTLH-0090-BU is blue , the dominant wavelength of it is 470(TYP D, nm),and the typical initial static luminous flux is  9.5 (IF = 480 mA)( TYP V, lm, TJ = 25° C ).
      The following is about ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS of OTLH-0090-BU (TJ = 25°C).    The following is about ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS (TJ = 25°C).The color of Power Dissipation has Blue, Green, White (Derate 240 mW/°C above 76°C),and the power is 5 W.The color of Static Forward Current has Blue, Green, White, and it is 480 mA.The color of Peak Forward Current ( Pulse Width 10 ms and Duty Cycle 10%) has Blue, Green, White ,and it is  3.2 A .The Reverse Leakage (Vr = 15 Volts) is  TBD.And the lastis that Lead Soldering Temperature is lower than 240 °C for 10 seconds.
