The OPI110 series devices are optically coupled isolators, each containing an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon photosensor.The OPI110 uses a phototransistor. The devices are sealed in a precast opaque housing.This series is designed for applications requiring high voltage isolation between input and output.The information given herein, including the specifications and dimensions, is subject to change without prior notice to improve product characteristics.
