The OPA551 and OPA552 are low cost op amps with igh-voltage (60V) and high-current (200mA) capability.

The OPA551 is unity-gain stable and features high lew rate (15Vms) and wide bandwidth (3MHz). The PA552 is optimized for gains of 5 or greater, and ffers higher speed with a slew rate of 24V/ms and a andwidth of 12MHz. Both are suitable for telephony, udio, servo, and test applications.

These laser-trimmed, monolithic integrated circuits rovide excellent low-level accuracy along with high utput swing. High performance is maintained as the mplifier swings to its specified limits.

The OPA551 and OPA552 are internally protected gainst over-temperature conditions and current overloads.

The thermal shutdown indicator "flag" provides  current output to alert the user when thermal shutdown as occurred.

The OPA551 and OPA552 are available in DIP-8 and O-8 packages, as well as a DDPAK-7 surfacemount lastic power package. They are specified for peration over the extended industrial temperature ange, 40°C to +125°C.
