The OPA3680 represents a major step forward in nity gain stable, voltage-feedback op amps. A new nternal architecture provides slew rate and full power andwidth previously found only in wideband current- eedback op amps. A new output stage architecture elivers high currents with a minimal headroom equirement. These give exceptional single-supply peration. Using a single +5V supply, the OPA3680 an deliver a 1V to 4V output swing with over 80mA rive current and 150MHz bandwidth. This combination f features makes the OPA3680 an ideal RGB ine driver or single-supply ADC input driver.
The OPA3680's low 6.4mA/ch supply current is precisely rimmed at 25°C. This trim, along with low emperature drift, guarantees lower maximum supply urrent than competing products. System power may be educed further using the optional disable control pin. eaving this disable pin open, or holding it high, will perate the OPA3680 normal. If pulled low, the PA3680 supply current drops to less than 300mA/ch hile the output goes into a high impedance state. This eature may be used for either power savings or to mplement video MUX applications.
