Description

The OP07 is designed as ultralow offset voltage operational amplifier. These low offset voltages geerally eliminate any need for external nulling. It also features low input bias current and high open-loop gain.

OP07 has many features. The first one is it would have low Vos which would be 25uV max. The second one is it would have low Vos drift which would be 0.6uV/°C max. The third one is it would have ultra-stable vs time which would be 1.0uV/month max. The fourth one is it would have low noise which would be 0.6uV Vp-p max. The fifth one is about its wide input voltage range which would be ±14V. The sixth one is about its wide supply voltage range which would be ±3V to ±18V. The seventh one is fits 725, 108A/308A, 741, AD510 sockets. The eighth one is 125°C temperature tested dice. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of OP07 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be ±22V. The second one is about its differential input voltage which would be ±30V. The third one is about its input voltage which would be ±22V. The fourth one is about its output short circuit duration which would be indefinite. The fifth one is storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C for J, RC and Z packages and would be from -65°C to +125°C for P package. The sixth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -55°C to +125°C for OP-07A, OP-07, OP-07RC and would be from 0°C to +70°C for OP-07E and would be from -40°C to +85°C for OP-07C, OP-07D.
