Description

This OMH315 series of MOSFET switches is configured as a Dual H-Bridge with common V_DD ines, precision series shunt resitor in the source line, and sensing elements to onitor the substrate temperature of each switch. This device OMH315 is ideally suited for tepping Motor Control applications where size, performance, and efficiency are key.
