      Here are five absolute maximum ratings about the NZT902.The collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) is 90V.The collector-base voltage (VCBO) is 120V.The emitter-base voltage (VEBO) is 5V.The collector current-continuous is 3A.The storage temperature range is -55~150.These ratings are limiting values above which the serviceability of any semiconductor device maybe impaired.There are also two notes about it.These ratings above are based on a maximum junction temperature of 150.These are steady state limits.The factory should be consulted on application involving pulsed or low duty cycle operator.
