The NX8563LAS445-CC is designed as a 1550nm multiple quantum well (MQW) structured distributed feed-back (DFB) laser diode module with single mode fiber. The NX8563LAS445-CC is designed as directly modulation light source and ideal for optical transmission systems.

The NX8563LAS445-CC has six features. (1)Peak output power Pf=10mW min. (2)Internal thermo-electric cooler and isolator. (3)Hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package. (4)Single mode fiber pigtail. (5)Wide operation temperature range. (6)Available for DWDM wavelength based on ITU-T recommendations. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of NX8563LAS445-CC have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its forward current of LD would be 300mA. (2)Its reverse voltage of LD would be 2.0V. (3)Its forward current of PD would be 10mA. (4)Its reverse voltage of PD would be 20V. (5)Its operating case temperature range would be from -20°C to 85°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. (7)Its lead soldering temperature would be 260°C for 10 seconds.
